Espresso: Espresso is hard to define. It’s a darker
roast, a method of brewing that forces hot water through
finely ground coffee, and even a coffee cuisine that
almost reaches cult status in many neighborhoods. Café Euro
is a special blend of Arabica beans, dark roasted and
ground a bit coarser than most espressos for more uniform
brewing at home. It is low-acid yet has the rich bitter-sweetness
that espresso drinkers love.
